At Mitiga Solutions, we help organizations understand and manage climate risk through science and technology. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Development Intern to join our CEO Office team in Barcelona.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to strategic initiatives across investor relations, commercial operations, and business growth in a fast-paced climate tech environment.
What you'll do
- Support strategic projects across the CEO Office
- Conduct market, investor, and industry research
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and analytical materials
- Help maintain internal tracking and reporting tools
- Support commercial and due diligence processes by coordinating cross-functional information
- Assist with the organization of strategic meetings, events, and speaking engagements
- Collaborate with different teams across the company on high-impact initiatives
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesInterest in climate tech, startups, innovation, or sustainability
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to have
- Previous internship or project experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, strategy, or business operations
- Experience creating presentations or conducting research
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint or CRM platforms
