About the Role:
The Project Controls Operations Intern will support the Project Controls organization in strengthening process clarity, workflow efficiency, and data visibility across large-scale capital projects. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in the intersection of infrastructure delivery, data analytics, and operational excellence.
The intern will work closely with Project Controls, Cost Controls, Scheduling, Construction, Finance and Project Management teams to help develop key process work flows and stakeholder engagement, cost dashboards to present a standardized cost status of all projects across Crusoe
What You'll Be Working On:
1. Process & Workflow Definition
Support documentation of Project Controls workflows across cost, schedule, change management, and reporting.

Assist in creating standardized process maps, swim lanes, and cost controls playbooks for project execution.
2. Cost Dashboards
Assist with data reporting setup for cost, schedule, and project performance metrics.
Support development of dashboards and reporting views (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
Help translate raw project data into clear, leadership-ready insights.
3. DIG Team Rooster

Build a DIG team Rooster that:
Clearly outlines all key stakeholders - their names, role , function across each function within DIG, Power and Finance.
Helps project teams quickly understand where to go for support.
Will aid in training external teams when complying with Controls Process requirements across PO process, PayApp Process, Cost Reporting, etc
What Success Looks Like
Clear, documented Project Controls workflows that teams can easily follow.
Improved visibility into cost and schedule reporting through structured dashboards.
A well-organized DIG Team Rooster that reduces confusion around key POCs, their role , function.
Tangible contributions to how large-scale projects are planned, tracked, and governed.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field graduating between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 (no earlier or later)
Strong interest in capital projects, infrastructure, or operations.
Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.

Experience or interest in:
Excel / Google Sheets
Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Process mapping or workflow documentation
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
