Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About the Role:

We are looking for an on-site Global Mobility Program Manager to join Crusoe’s People Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the Crusoe’s mobility program, which includes supporting U.S. immigration, internal mobility programs, and global mobility outside of the U.S.. You will be the subject-matter expert on U.S. immigration requirements and will remain abreast of new developments. You will serve as a primary point of contact for managers, new hires, existing employees, and cross-functional People Team members (recruiting operations, recruiting, and employee success).

In addition, through our internal mobility efforts, you will help employees grow their careers while meeting the evolving needs of our rapidly scaling global organization. You’re the expert for all things related to internal transfers, working at the intersection of People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to create seamless experiences for employees exploring new opportunities within Crusoe.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll develop strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to handle day-to-day operations. If you thrive in building new programs, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, and care deeply about employee development, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Immigration Management: Manage and support end-to-end U.S. employment-based immigration (H-1B, O-1, J-1, OPT/STEM) by partnering with external counsel and serving as the primary contact and signatory for employee work authorization matters.

  • Global Assignments: Streamline rotational global assignments and complex mobility cases (STA/LTA, Geo-flex, and part-time transitions) to ensure rapid, compliant employee dispatch.

  • Program Documentation: Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, training resources, and enablement materials to educate recruiters and partner teams on mobility processes.

  • Advisory Services: Provide expert consultations to employees, recruiters, and HR partners, guiding them on immigration policies to ensure consistency, equity, and clear communication of complex solutions.

  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and benefits laws by maintaining accurate employee data, documentation, and reporting across HRIS and ticketing systems.

  • Financial Neutrality: Partner with Tax and Finance to design and execute global tax equalization and protection policies to ensure employee financial neutrality during international moves.

  • Corporate Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Legal and Tax to monitor global employee footprints, mitigating Permanent Establishment (PE) risks and evaluating Employer of Record (EOR) vs. local entity structures.

  • Safety & Duty of Care: Establish Duty of Care protocols and emergency evacuation procedures for employees in high-risk or emerging global regions.

  • Cultural Integration: Create "soft landing" support, including language training and cultural coaching, to help employees and their families successfully settle into new local communities.

  • Repatriation: Build clear repatriation paths to ensure employees have a defined role and career trajectory upon the conclusion of international assignments.

  • Analytics: Partner on immigration systems enhancements, reporting, and analytics to continuously improve program efficiency and vendor performance.

  • Systems & Automation: Experience implementing and managing a modern mobility tech stack and integrating these platforms via API with core HRIS and ticketing systems to automate visa milestone tracking, geo-flex tax compliance, and "door-to-door" relocation workflows.

  • Strategy & Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and scale a comprehensive internal mobility and global relocation program, overseeing policy design, vendor management, and "door-to-door" move logistics.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Have 5-7+ years of experience in internal mobility or a related field with exposure to global mobility or workforce planning

  • Have experience building or significantly improving programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and can build functional processes without unnecessary red tape

  • Are a pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys developing creative solutions to complex operational challenges

  • Possess strong communication skills and can build relationships across all levels of an organization

  • Thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable creating structure where little exists

  • Have a service-oriented mindset and genuinely care about helping employees navigate their career journeys

  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills

  • Maintain a proven sense of integrity and confidentiality

  • Ability to tackle problems under tight deadlines

  • Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor

Benefits:

  • Industry competitive pay

  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company

  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents

  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability

  • Teladoc

  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary

  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule

  • Cell phone reimbursement

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Subscription to the Calm app

  • MetLife Legal

  • Company paid commuter benefit; $300/month

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $107,250 - $130,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
