Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
Following our brand’s successful debut at GTC, we are expanding our creative team to integrate Crusoe's energy into all physical workspaces. As a Senior Brand & Experiential Designer, you will be responsible for bringing the Crusoe brand to life through objects and physical space—including our San Francisco headquarters, data centers, manufacturing sites, and large industrial products.
We are looking for an outstanding brand designer who can think beyond the screen and apply brand identity to physical environments. You will partner closely with our Creative Director of Brand, Workplace team and external partners to ensure our physical presence is as unique, innovative and sustainable as our AI infrastructure.
What You'll Be Working On:
3D Brand Application: Translate Crusoe’s visual identity into physical environments, including office interiors, data center exteriors, physical products and event activations.
Environmental Design: Lead the design plan for our growing San Francisco office (including three new floors) and other global locations.
Passion for craft: We value minimalistic style, perfect type setting and good taste. We’re on the mission to build the next most valuable brand and you’ll get to be a part of it.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Workplace team and internal stakeholders to align physical space design with company culture and operational needs.
Concept to Execution: Oversee the end-to-end design process for experiential projects, from initial moodboards, to fully fleshed out layouts, 3D modeling to final implementation.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Proven Experience: Significant experience in brand design with a focus on experiential or physical environments. A background in designing retail spaces (e.g., Apple Store, Levi’s) or high-end fashion/retail branding is highly preferred.
3D Design Fluency: Expertise in applying brand systems to 3D spaces and physical environments.
Design Excellence: An exceptional eye for modern, premium design that aligns with Crusoe’s aesthetic.
Versatility: The ability to move quickly between high-level brand strategy and the granular details of environmental design.
Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to leadership.

Experience with motion design or video integration within physical spaces.
