  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
  • Train and ensure uniform performance for standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as audit operations for compliance
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial production environments
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role with direct reports managing performance
  • Solid understanding of process safety principles, basic equipment maintenance practices, and standard quality control procedures, with the ability to apply established policies during shift operations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individuals and teams, using performance management tools and clear expectations to drive consistent results
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interpret information, explain requirements, and support cooperation across shift teams and functional partners
  • Effective problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify routine issues, apply known solutions, and escalate when needed to maintain schedule and performance targets
  • Ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving environment typical of a startup, while maintaining adherence to established processes
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies, with the ability to apply basic tools to support operational efficiency within defined guidelines
