Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy – fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We raised $100M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.

We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.

But we’re not stopping there. We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability – a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.

We’re looking for a Sourcer & Talent Coordinator to help us scale Fuse’s hiring engine. This is a hybrid role: you’ll be the front line of our sourcing strategy — finding and engaging world-class talent across technical, trading, and commercial functions — while also ensuring a smooth candidate journey through scheduling and coordination support.

Responsibilities

  • Source top-of-funnel talent for technical, trading, and operations roles by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber candidates
  • Research target markets, companies, and communities to map talent pools and inform outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain accurate pipelines in our ATS
  • Coordinate interviews and calls across multiple time zones
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles, share pipeline insights, and refine search strategies
  • 1-3 years of sourcing experience, ideally with exposure to high-performance technical or trading environments
  • Agency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTs
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and deliver strong pipelines in competitive markets
  • Strong organisational skills with experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate logistics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting best practices
  • A resourceful, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-bar environment
  • Competitive salary
  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Breakfast and dinner for office-based employees
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders and exposure to building a global energy business
