Greenhouse is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, CRO to join our team!

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, CRO to own Greenhouse’s website as a critical growth channel. This person will be responsible for driving traffic through on-page optimization, improving conversion rates via experimentation and personalization, and ensuring that our website experience drives our demand generation goals. You will oversee SEO/AIO, CRO, GEO, and the analytics/tagging infrastructure that powers our reporting. You will also serve as the website analytics subject matter expert and own website reporting cross-functionally. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in website optimization, digital marketing, and SEO.

What you'll do

  • Website Growth & Optimization
    • Lead strategy and execution for SEO/AIO, CRO, and GEO initiatives to increase qualified traffic and improve conversion rates.
    • Partner with design, content, product marketing, and website teams to optimize landing pages, user flows, and overall website performance.
    • Own website testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate, personalization) and translate findings into scalable wins.
  • Analytics & Tagging Infrastructure
    • Manage website analytics implementation (GA4, GTM, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking of traffic, conversions, and key events.
    • Partner with RevOps and Channel Marketers to align website reporting with funnel and pipeline metrics.
    • Audit and improve tagging, pixels, and data integrity across the website ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Collaborate with channel marketers, the website team, and product marketing to ensure campaigns are optimized through the website.
    • Work with web development partners to scope, prioritize, and launch enhancements.
    • Provide insights and reporting to leadership on website performance and optimization opportunities

You should have

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website optimization (SEO, CRO, analytics), specifically in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and website A/B testing tools (e.g., Intellimize, Optimizely, etc).
  • Proficient in SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge) and comfortable working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • A problem-solver with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

The national pay range for this role is $100,000 - $132,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
