Greenhouse is looking for a Partner Manager, Private Equity to join our team.

The Partner Manager will be responsible for building and growing indirect sales with private equity partners. They will lead and manage all aspects of the partnership, including recruitment, product enablement, marketing sponsorships (in collaboration with our marketing team), and helping shepherd portfolio companies through our sales cycle with sales and account management teams.

You will have experience in driving new business and adoption through private equity firms. You will be someone with a growth mindset and a positive attitude who sees challenges as opportunities and has the ability to motivate and lead by example.

What you’ll do

  • Own strategic private equity partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with PE partners to strengthen the mutual value of the partnership and drive partner-sourced revenue
  • Identify partner marketing opportunities and work closely with Marketing to ensure successful execution and results
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute presentations to inform, persuade, educate, and ultimately source referrals from the partner
  • Understand the Greenhouse platform and be prepared to answer questions to help partners identify referral opportunities from their portfolio
  • Drive urgency within partners, working closely through sales cycles from targeting accounts for pipeline generation to influencing customer renewals
  • Travel occasionally to industry conferences and partner meetings
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

  • Experience building and/or managing a private equity partner channel
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner relationships within SaaS technology partners resulting in measured partner-sourced revenue
  • Experience working with mid-market and/or enterprise partners, customer-facing teams (sales, sales engineering, customer success), and customers
  • Experience successfully influencing stakeholders of varied levels and motivations within partner organizations
  • Experience executing partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing

The national pay range for this role is $119,000.00 - $167,000.00. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
