Greenhouse is looking for a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to manage full-cycle hiring for high-impact technical roles. You will operate in a unique environment: we are power users of the technology we build. As a senior, hands-on individual contributor, you will beta-test new product features, partner with Product and Engineering to provide feedback, and help our Talent Acquisition team become AI-first while sharing best technical recruiting practices with other team members.

What you’ll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and IT.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role definition, interview design, and closing strategies.
- Beta-test Greenhouse products, providing actionable feedback to R&D to ensure our platform remains best-in-class.
- Drive AI adoption by embedding AI tools into sourcing, screening, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and increase recruiter efficiency.
- Optimize technical interviews, including live coding and pairing exercises.
- Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes and strategy.
- Facilitate regular knowledge sharing and calibration to elevate the team’s collective technical expertise and market intelligence.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for every candidate.
You should have
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including a proven track record of managing senior leadership searches
- Deep technical fluency, with a strong understanding of software engineering roles and hiring workflows.
- Greenhouse expertise, with hands-on experience managing workflows within the platform.
- An AI-forward mindset, with a demonstrated interest in using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to provide product-minded feedback to technical teams.
- Advanced sourcing skills for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.
- Nice to have: Experience with CoderPad or similar technical interview tools.
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., Canada or Argentina).
- Nice to have: Experience or a desire to represent a company through webinars, events, or thought leadership

The national pay range for this role is $115,000- $150,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
