Supply Chain, New Markets
Helio Home
About Jetson:
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity:
We are rapidly expanding our footprint and are hiring a field-based Supply Chain, New Markets role to support expansion into new markets across the U.S. This role is focused on hands-on execution and on-site launch ownership, ensuring new locations are operationally ready on-time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, physical work, and building things from the ground up. You will travel to new warehouse locations to set up supply chain operations, warehouse spaces, vehicles & offices, receiving & organizing inventory, and training local teams to operate independently by launch. You will be a key contributor to process improvements to ensure we continuously improve our launch capabilities.
Acting as a key on-the-ground representative of Supply Chain, you will serve as a liaison between regional teams and headquarters, helping bring the “Jetson Way” to life on site. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Expansion, and Operations teams to support in-person processes and ensure a smooth market launch.
This is an individual contributor role with high autonomy, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Lead, New Markets.
What You Will Do:
- Travel approximately 75% of the time to new warehouse locations to support market launches and ensure operational readiness.
- Execute on-site setup activities including warehouse organization, shelving installation and labeling, inventory receiving and staging, vehicle setup, and office setup to support day-one operations.
- Serve as the on-site liaison between headquarters, Operations, warehouse staff, and field teams to coordinate launch activities.
- Train and support local teams on warehouse layout, processes, and launch standards so they are prepared to operate independently.
- Coordinate with Training and Talent teams to welcome new team members and help reinforce the Jetson Way, culture, and values on site.
- Ensure launch processes and standards are followed consistently across locations, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve future launches.
- Support light purchasing and ordering related to launch readiness, maintaining clear communication with the Supply Chain Lead, New Markets throughout each deployment.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s of Business Administration, with a focus in Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship or Operations. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 3-5 years in warehousing, supply chain, logistics or project coordination. Military experience would be highly advantageous.
- Travel & Field Work: Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75% of the time) and physically demanding, hands-on work, including standing, lifting, and organizing materials.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Able to prioritize multiple tasks across sites, adapt to changing conditions, and proactively resolve operational challenges on the ground.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train, influence, and work effectively across cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, Operations, Training, and Talent teams.
- Independence & Initiative: Self-starter mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks, make on-site decisions, and adapt to evolving processes without close supervision.
- Cultural Fit: Passionate about sustainable energy, embracing technology, and delivering exceptional experiences for team members. Aligns with Jetson’s culture and values and actively champions the “Jetson Way” on site.
