Marketing Growth Engineer
Helio Home
About Jetson:
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.
We are looking for an AI-native Marketing Growth Engineer to help Jetson scale customer acquisition through a combination of engineering, experimentation, and modern growth marketing. This is not a traditional marketer role — we’re looking for someone technical (likely an engineer by background) who can directly implement growth initiatives end-to-end.
In this role, you will own the systems, tooling, and experimentation engine that drives measurable improvements in website conversion, SEO performance, lead quality, and marketing efficiency. You will move quickly, ship constantly, and use AI tools to unlock leverage far beyond what a typical growth team can achieve.
You will work closely with the founding team and marketing leadership, but will often be expected to independently identify opportunities, execute experiments, and build the infrastructure needed to scale growth.
Most importantly, you will focus on driving real business outcomes: more high-quality customers, lower CAC, and faster learning loops
Responsibilities:
- Own and implement Jetson’s growth experimentation roadmap, including website conversion optimization and rapid A/B testing
- Build and maintain systems for landing page iteration, funnel measurement, and marketing performance tracking
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site performance improvements, structured data, programmatic page generation, and local SEO optimization
- Develop and deploy growth features directly in the product and marketing stack (web, analytics, CRM integrations, etc.)
- Identify and leverage external datasets (housing, energy, demographics, permits, etc.) to improve targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate execution — including Claude Code, Cursor, MCP-based workflows, and other agentic automation systems
- Automate repetitive marketing workflows and create internal growth tooling where it makes sense
- Collaborate with marketing, design, ops, and engineering teams to ship high-impact growth initiatives quickly
- Continuously measure results, iterate fast, and double down on what works
- Stay on top of new AI and growth technologies and aggressively apply them for leverage
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, software engineering, technical marketing, or a similar hybrid role
- Strong ability to write and ship production-quality code quickly (frontend, backend, scripts, automation)
- Experience running and implementing growth experiments, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and performance marketing fundamentals
- Deep familiarity with modern analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimizely, PostHog, etc.)
- AI-native workflow: highly skilled with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, MCP-based automation, and modern agentic development practices
- Strong data intuition — able to use datasets, analysis, and measurement to drive marketing decisions
- Comfortable operating independently with high ownership and minimal structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in high-growth consumer or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO and large-scale landing page generation
- Experience integrating marketing systems with CRMs like HubSpot
- Knowledge of data enrichment, lead scoring, and targeting infrastructure
- Experience working with modern data stacks (dbt, warehouses, reverse ETL, etc.
