The Opportunity:
Jetson is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist (Growth) to lead development and performance of creative across paid and growth channels. You will define how we generate, test, and improve creative — from hooks and concepts through execution and iteration. This role connects design, marketing, and performance, ensuring our creative is clear, effective, and continuously improving.
What You Will Do:
- Own creative output across paid social and growth channels
- Define and iterate on hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks
- Write and develop high-performing copy, scripts, and concepts
- Translate performance insights into new creative directions
- Direct and critique creative across video, static, and UGC formats
- Work closely with video and marketing teams to guide content creation and capture
- Build and evolve repeatable creative systems that increase output and consistency
- Apply Jetson’s brand across all performance surfaces
What You Bring:
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth-focused creative roles
- Experience driving performance creative for paid social or growth channels
- Strong portfolio of performance-driven work across digital formats
- Proven ability to generate and iterate on creative quickly
- Strong copywriting and concepting skills across short-form and performance formats
- Strong creative judgment and ability to critique work effectively
- Experience working with performance data and translating insights into creative
- Strong visual taste and design sensibility
- Experience working closely with designers or producing creative with a high visual bar
- Actively using AI in your workflow to increase output, speed, and quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000
