The Opportunity:

Jetson is looking for a Video Creator (Growth) to produce high-quality content across social and paid channels — helping build a category-defining brand through clear, compelling creative.

You’ll work closely with the creative strategist to bring ideas to life — shooting, editing, and iterating on short-form content quickly. This role is hands-on and output-driven, with a focus on speed, clarity, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Create video content for paid social (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Shoot and edit short-form video (UGC-style, product, lifestyle, explainer)
• Execute on hooks, scripts, and concepts developed with the team
• Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance insights
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and variation
• Support content capture (planning, shooting, coordinating)
• Maintain a high bar for clarity, pacing, and storytelling
• Contribute to improving creative workflows and production systems

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience creating video content or performance creative
• Strong skills in shooting and editing short-form video
• Strong visual taste — clean, intentional composition
• Experience creating content for paid social
• Ability to produce high-quality content quickly and consistently
• Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and in-feed performance
• Experience working from hooks, scripts, or creative briefs
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and editing
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with creators or UGC-style content
• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience planning and executing shoots involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or performance-driven environments

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $67,000 - $82,000 per annum
