The Opportunity:
Jetson is redefining home electrification and services through technology, data, and automation. We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to be the front line to follow up on leads and drive the high volume sales motion. Every lead represents someone who raised their hand. Your job is to make sure no hand goes unanswered. You are the first human voice of this company — that first impression matters.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business goals. Test and refine approaches based on direct mail, door-to-door sales, digital marketing responses, and other innovative sales techniques.
- Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring effective movement of prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing.
- Manage and optimize various sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Markets including NY, WA, CA, MA; shift hours may vary from 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm + Saturdays
What You Bring:
- Comfortable on the phone, strong verbal communicator and influencer
- Relentless follow-through; you don't give up after one attempt
- Strong written communication for email and SMS outreach
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar) a plus
- Competitive, self-motivated, and metrics-driven
- Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

Work Location: In person - Vancouver
Schedule: Shifts could be Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, or Tuesday to Friday - 12-8pm + Saturday - 10am - 6pm or Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, or Tuesday to Sunday 9am - 5pm
