About the Job

Panthalassa is transitioning from prototyping to production builds. To scale reliably, we need strong enterprise systems that track and manage parts from design through manufacturing to fully integrated, validated nodes.

We’re hiring a Program Lead for Enterprise Data Systems to own the strategy and execution of this work. You will lead the selection, implementation, and integration of the core tools that power our operations, including PLM, ERP, MRP, MES, QMS, and WMS. Your goal is to create a practical, connected “digital thread” that gives our teams the data structure and visibility they need to move fast without losing control. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to define requirements, build a rollout roadmap, and drive execution. This role starts as an individual contributor, and as the program grows, you’ll build a team to implement systems, integrate workflows, and train end users.

This role is based on-site in Portland, OR. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a hybrid remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operational finance, and IT leaders to define the enterprise data systems strategy and roadmap, and prioritize development initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day execution of that roadmap, including communication with stakeholders
  • Lead the evaluation and trades for application development, identifying opportunities for commercial or in-house software development to support business growth and requirements
  • Cross-link the digital system implementation roadmap with our company objectives and production scale-up plans
  • Collaborate with IT to establish and enforce architectural governance for application development, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
  • Bring in direct hires and/or contract partners to execute the system implementation, including integrations and end user training

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise data system implementations or refreshes in a manufactured product context
  • 6+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, and operational finance teams to implement, improve, or maintain an enterprise data system application
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence at both strategic and operational levels

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in multiple different digital ecosystems
  • Experience in high volume manufacturing
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Management Systems

The above qualifications are desired, not required. We encourage you to apply if you are a strong candidate with only some of the desired skills and experience listed.

Compensation and Benefits:

If hired for this full-time role, you will receive:

  • Cash compensation of $180,000 - $205,000
  • Equity in the company. We’re all owners and if we’re successful, this equity should be far and away the most valuable component of your compensation.
  • A benefits package that helps you take care of yourself and your family, including:
    • Flexible paid time off
    • Health insurance (the company pays 100% of gold level PPO plan for full time employees, their partners, and dependents)
    • Dental insurance (the company pays 100% for full time employees and 100% for their partners and dependents)
    • Vision insurance (the company pays 100% for full time employees, their partners, and dependents)
    • Disability insurance (the company pays 100% for a policy to provide long term financial support if you become disabled)
    • Ability to contribute to tax-advantaged accounts, including 401(k), health FSA, and dependent care FSA
  • Relocation assistance to facilitate your move to Portland (if needed).
