Key Responsibilities

  5. Achieve a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and retention rates within the first year
  6. Successfully lead the team to meet or exceed service delivery targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  7. Establish a strong reputation for service excellence within the assigned area, leading to increased customer loyalty and referrals

Ideal Candidate

  1. 5 - 10 Years of experience
  2. Proven customer management skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
  3. Strong team handling experience, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members alike
