Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall Stores operations (End to end operations Receiving to Dispatches)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems (FIFO/LIFO)
- Supervise, train, and evaluate Stores associates
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies (Cycle count & Bin fact audits)
- Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
- Prepare reports on inventory, performance, and operations
- Should have knowledge about MHE handling (Forklift/Stacker)
- Should have the understanding of WH & Logistics Process
- Monitor delivery status and ensure accuracy in invoice vs actual
- Data processing and entering the transactions into ERP(SAP)
- Prepare a dispatch plan based on the requirement from Service and Accessories
- To pick and pack the required parts for dispatch as per the requirement
- Arranging dispatch of parts as per dispatch schedule
- Knowledge about 5S & Kaizen activities
- Working experience in SAP or SAP HANA
- Knowledge about Stores documents & procedures/ Compliance
- Knowledge about Distribution operations
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management
- Inventory and stock control expertise
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP like SAP)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
