Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage overall Stores operations (End to end operations Receiving to Dispatches)
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  3. Implement and monitor inventory control systems (FIFO/LIFO)
  4. Supervise, train, and evaluate Stores associates
  5. Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
  6. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams
  7. Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies (Cycle count & Bin fact audits)
  8. Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and efficiency
  9. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
  10. Prepare reports on inventory, performance, and operations
  11. Should have knowledge about MHE handling (Forklift/Stacker)
  12. Should have the understanding of WH & Logistics Process
  13. Monitor delivery status and ensure accuracy in invoice vs actual
  14. Data processing and entering the transactions into ERP(SAP)
  15. Prepare a dispatch plan based on the requirement from Service and Accessories
  16. To pick and pack the required parts for dispatch as per the requirement
  17. Arranging dispatch of parts as per dispatch schedule
  18. Knowledge about 5S & Kaizen activities
  19. Working experience in SAP or SAP HANA
  20. Knowledge about Stores documents & procedures/ Compliance
  21. Knowledge about Distribution operations

Ideal Candidate

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Strong leadership and team management
  3. Inventory and stock control expertise
  4. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP like SAP)
  5. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  8. Strong communication and coordination skills
