Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Strategy: Define and execute robust automation strategies, building maintainable frameworks from scratch.
2. Execution & CI/CD: Develop and maintain test/process pipelines, seamlessly integrating automated workflows into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.
3. Troubleshooting: Recreate complex system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and write clear, actionable defect reports.
4. Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders while mentoring junior engineering team members on best automation practices.
5. Automotive experience- Knowledge about the EV battery/Battery Management system /Vehicle systems/component/Electronics/Electrical/Control SW.

Ideal Candidate

1. B.E / B.Tech in EEE/ECE.
2. 5 to 6 years of experience in Product development and Electrical Validation.
3. Hands on Experience with system validation, sub-system validation, algo., software and system integration testing.
4. In-depth knowledge of Black box testing, SIL and HIL test platform & automotive communication protocols (e.g. CAN, LIN, Flexray).
5. Experience to reproduce, debug and resolve firmware/hardware/integration issues with specific hardware and software contexts.
6. Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, component owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
