Key Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for Site selection and finalisation with the dealer.
2. Working with the design team, Agency and dealer to adapt or create a new EC and SC design based on space available.
3. Liaise with the dealer and design firm to roll out construction drawings.
4. Assisting the dealer and sales ops and service ops team in hiring the right set of manpower for the EC,SC (Inc dealer CS).
5. Assist in creating an experience playbook for all Retail and Service and Customer Service touchpoints to expand exponentially at scale.
6. You will work with software teams to ensure the business tools (POS, Floor staff, DMS, LMS, CRM, etc) are set up and tested for launch. Ensure procurement of IT systems and networking infra.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Overall experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
2. Project execution experience: Minimum 5 years in retail expansion, dealership development, network expansion, store rollout, project management or similar roles.
3. Experience in automotive, EV, two-wheeler, four-wheeler, retail, consumer durables or other multi-location retail businesses will be preferred.
4. Proven experience in handling end-to-end projects from site identification to launch.
5. Experience in managing dealers/franchise partners and external agencies is preferred.
6. Should have experience in leading/managing a team.
