Key Responsibilities

1. As the Senior Manager of CRM and Dealer Systems, you will take ownership of our core commercial tech stack
2. You will define the CRM roadmap, spearhead our end-to-end Salesforce rollout, and lead the implementation of our SaaS Dealer Management System (DMS)
3. Bridging business strategy and technical execution, you will ensure our internal teams and external dealer networks operate on a unified, real-time system
4. Platform Strategy: Define the tech vision, aligning Salesforce and DMS capabilities with River Mobility’s strategic goals and dealer network expansion
5. Salesforce Ownership: Lead the platform rollout from the ground up (Sales and Service Clouds), establishing data governance, security protocols, and long-term architecture
6. DMS Implementation: Spearhead the rollout of our third-party SaaS DMS, acting as the primary technical point of contact to ensure it meets dealer operational needs
7. Ecosystem & MarTech Integration: Architect the complex integration between Salesforce, the SaaS DMS, Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot), internal mobility platforms, and ERP systems to ensure a unified customer journey from initial lead to vehicle delivery and beyond
8. Team & Vendor Management: Build and mentor an internal team while managing SLAs, budgets, and relationships with the DMS provider and Salesforce implementation partners

Ideal Candidate

1. Leadership Experience: 8-12 years of enterprise systems experience, with 3+ years in a senior management, platform lead, or architect role overseeing CRM/ERP environments
2. Salesforce & SaaS Mastery: Proven track record of scaling Salesforce and leading enterprise-wide third-party SaaS implementations
3. Integration Expertise: Strong background in enterprise integration patterns (REST APIs, Webhooks) to bridge CRMs with external operational and marketing automation systems
4. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in automotive, electric mobility, or fleet management, with direct DMS exposure highly desired
