Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for translating the brand and product narrative into fun learning modules
2. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and design target curriculum strategies
3. Produce short-form video scripts, interactive PPTs, visual cheat-sheets, and gamified quiz modules
4. Rewrite technical vehicle specifications into warm, benefit-driven customer stories
5. Responsible for all content updation for Brand, Product and Tools and Systems
6. Responsible to make interactive and fun physical training manuals that can be used on the shop floor- Ex, Flash cards, SOP books etc

Ideal Candidate



1. 3–5 years in Instructional Design, Content Creation, or EdTech (proficiency in Articulate, Canva, and video tools)
