Key Responsibilities

1. Own the master training calendar, manage capacity planning, and build training rosters for all new store launches and refresher tracks
2. Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure >80% of frontline hires are onboarded and pass through mandatory training assessments before going live on the floor
3. Maintain real-time dashboards on training completion rates, failure rates, and frontline attrition percentages
4. Source venues, coordinate AV/IT needs, setup training equipment, and manage offline bootcamp operations
5. Oversee physical dispatch of training manuals, SOP books, and hardware kits to regional hubs

Ideal Candidate

1. 4+ years in Training Operations, L&D Project Management, or Retail Enablement
2. Exceptional scheduling and data management skills
