About the Role

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing our product offerings, and fostering exceptional customer service. You will directly contribute to our growth and success in creating a greener world.

Key Responsibilities

• Be on the frontline of what makes our marketplace tick in Africa.

  • Organise shipments, logistics and documentation to move material from A to B

• Build strong relationships with local Freight Forwarders and Logistics Providers to make sure transport is swiftly organised.

• Guide & influence the Logistics, Ops and Product teams to ensure Safi can operate in West Africa at scale.

• Provide world-class customer support, service and experience.

Requirements

• Understanding of logistics operations either through experience of working for a Freight Forwarder, or in Operations/ Transport departments.

• Strong attention to detail, and eye for errors and omissions.

• Ability to develop a strong understanding of and manage the documentation/differing processes required for different export/import geographies.

• Keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to transform the industry with technology.
