Seabound offers an onboard carbon capture system for ships that traps CO₂ emissions as solid carbonate pebbles. It features a retrofittable, compact design that captures between 25% and 95% of CO₂, is fully automated, and can be monitored remotely. Ships fitted with the system can offload the captured carbonate at port, where it is recycled for reuse or sequestered or used in fuel production. The technology is designed to integrate easily into existing fleets and facilitate logistics for capture and storage.
