Work / Responsibilities

 Involved in the End-to-End Sales process from Lead Generation to Order Collection and payment Collection.

 Generating leads from multiple platforms.

 Enter and update customer information in the database

 Take and process orders in an accurate manner

 Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

 Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications

 Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered

 Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

Expectations

 The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

 The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

 The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customer

 The candidate should be a team player

 Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels

 Proficiency in MS Office

Requirement:

Salary - CTC: 4 - 4.5 LPA

Immediate joiner

Experience in presale, lead generation, cold calling, customer escalation, and inbound, and outbound sales.

Location - Baner, Pune

  • Working days - Tuesday to Sunday, Monday will be fixed off
