Work / Responsibilities
Involved in the End-to-End Sales process from Lead Generation to Order Collection and payment Collection.
Generating leads from multiple platforms.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered
Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customer
The candidate should be a team player
Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
Proficiency in MS Office
Requirement:
Salary - CTC: 4 - 4.5 LPA
Immediate joiner
Experience in presale, lead generation, cold calling, customer escalation, and inbound, and outbound sales.
Location - Baner, Pune
- Working days - Tuesday to Sunday, Monday will be fixed off
